I just woke up yesterday with an urge to question absolutely everything about my life and notice where I’m creating expectations or plans or decisions based on who I have been, or remnants of what I’ve been taught in the past. Nature lives inside of all of us, with it’s own flow……you can call it instinct…..I call it Spirit in keeping with the Ancient Hawaiian Lineage I work with. So I guess I want to redefine what is ‘natural’ in my life. If I really look, what I consider ‘natural’ to me is actually just how I’ve come to define myself…who I ‘know’ myself to be, and I want to come into a place of complete ‘un-knowing’, so that I can feel simply what IS (Nature, Instinct, Spirit), and respond to everything from that place.
