I took time to get my worries out of my head and down onto paper. I found the process very helpful. Once I was aware of what I was worrying about. I focused my attitude towards “It’s all good.” I felt so much lighter when I did that. Next, I wrote out an action plan to transform my situation. Which was quite simple because I realized the problem wasn’t mine to begin with. I was draining my energy worrying about my in-laws financial situation. It isn’t even my problem. I took the action focus into my own finances and am ready to increase my income! Thanks for the clear and practical steps. I found your article very helpful.
